Did you know in most recipes calling for egg substitutes, you can use 2 egg whites in place of the equivalent of 1 egg substitute. Just break the eggs open and toss the yolk away. I can hear some of you already saying 'but that is wasteful.' Just look at the cost on the egg substitute package (that usually has equivalent of 4 eggs in it) and then look at the price of a dozen eggs in which you would get the equivalent of 6 egg substitutes. Now, what's wasteful?
