Donna Paidar, of Mechanicsville, IA said she tried the Chicken-Corn Chowder in the September Newsletter and it was great! She used left-over turkey and added onion and dillweed.
Janice Peter of Dubuque, IA tried the Chicken Cola Bake in the December Newsletter the same day she received the Newsletter. She said her family really liked it. Her husband Jerry added some soy sauce to the leftovers and that was good also. She said she has also prepared this with lean beef and left out the cola. And they enjoyed that as well.
Karen Mueller of San Jose, CA said she had some of the Ham-Spinach Dip in the December Newsletter on a baked potato. She said it was so good, she's going to make the dip next time just to serve on baked potatoes.
